CareerPerfect.com Overview
If you try to find CareerPerfect reviews online, you’ll find few recommendations and many complaints. Still, this service has been on the market for quite some time, so it’s worthy of a detailed review. The first impression with the website is not positive. For a service that claims to have 30+ years of experience, it seems like they are using the first website they built years ago. It’s outdated, slow and busy. Plus, you can’t set your deadline. The website says you’ll get your resume in just 4-5 days. If you need it sooner, you’ll have to look elsewhere.
The personal attention from an expert writer is a nice touch. However, it’s just a promise you see at the website. In reality, you don’t get personal attention. It’s not easy to find the prices at the website. When you click several buttons and you finally get to the prices, you see they are not affordable at all.
CareerPerfect.com Quality
An entry-level resume edit costs $139.95 at CareerPerfect.com. This is an editing service for your existing resume. If you want someone to write a resume from scratch, the cheapest quote will be $179.95. That’s an okay price for a professionally-written resume. In this case it’s expensive, since the company does not deliver the quality you expect for that price.
We got a resume that was readable, but too simple. It seemed just like any other sample resume for an entry position you would read online. We saw sentences copied from an online template. That’s not the right way to impress a potential employer.
CareerPerfect.com Customer Support
The support system is available by phone Monday through Friday, from 9am to 6pm. I tried calling that phone during working hours and I got no response. That may be the biggest negative in our CareerPerfect review.
The website also gives you an option to send a message directly to your writer. Maybe I got a passive writer. Maybe not all CareerPerfect writers are that inpolite. However, I got ignored and I didn’t like that.
CareerPerfect.com Delivery
I got the resume 7 days after submitting the order. The company claims to send the resume in 4-5 days. However, there’s something hidden in the terms and conditions: they mean business days. We submitted the order on Friday and got it on Thursday. Yes, that’s 5 business days, but we were mislead to believe we would get it sooner.
Unfortunately, I cannot give an entirely positive CareerPerfect.com review. This company has a lot of space for improvement.

Nothing perfect about them. They aren’t really that bad, but if you pay for a professional resume, you expect better quality writing. I didn’t listen to another careerperfect review, and I had to pay for an average resume, which I could have written.
