This is a relatively new service in the resume writing industry, so you won’t find many CraftResumes.com reviews from real customers. Job applicants are always suspicious towards new writing services, so I decided to help them out with my own CraftResumes review.
The website is attractive, mainly because of the opportunity to choose your own writer and get complete transparency throughout the completion process. You also get a satisfaction guarantee - you can request revisions within 4 days after you get the first draft. If you don’t get revisions, you’ll get your money back.
So far, so good. The only problem is: claims are different from reality. Once I placed an order from this service, I realized that not everything was so cool about it. The interview with the writer didn’t go well, and I didn’t like the quality of the resume we got. This is a small team of writers, and even their profiles at the website are incomplete.

Most of the writers are not qualified enough to write resumes. These are not certified writers. They are just people with degrees and an average writing talent. Most of them haven’t received rating from users, but they still have 5 stars.
The price for an entry-level package of resume and cover letter is $188. For that price, you would expect outstanding quality. I was disappointed. This was a simple resume in the right format, but the writer just threw on the random details i provided. He didn’t bother connecting them in a way that would hold a hiring manager’s attention.

The live chat is always a plus. However, there’s a single customer support representative - Julia. Although this is still a small service that’s not handling many orders on a daily basis, a single representative can’t make it. We kept getting automated messages whenever we visited the website. This is not a personalized customer service; it’s just bugging you to place the order. You’ll see the same messages in the chat over and over again.

CraftResumes.com Delivery
The idea for this service is cool, but the realization fails. Although the company guarantees transparency of the completion process, we didn’t see that. We tried to contact the writer, but he was unavailable. He took just one day to deliver the draft. That’s understandable, considering he only put the details of the order into a template.
We got a minor revision that didn’t make a serious difference. Overall, there’s a lot for this company to improve before it can deserve a job applicant’s attention.

Have you seen any other craftresumes reviews?! It’s like they don’t exist! I wrote to these guys via live chat and nothing! It’s a ghost company, scammers, because they don’t even respond. Stay away from them. There are plenty of other fish in the sea.
They are the new kids on the block, and I haven’t found a craftresumes review that tells me anything about these guys. Too inexperienced and too fresh for my taste. Resumes are no joke, so I wouldn’t invest too much of my future with them.
